The Australian economy is currently experiencing sustained growth and unemployment is at 30 year historical low. This has lead to the Australian economy experiencing skills shortages in a large number of industries. The Australian federal government itself has published it believes over 100,000 trades immigrants are required to fill this skills shortage over the next few years. AGG has a large number of skilled trade people looking for sponsored placements in Australia under the 457 temporary work visa categories. AGG has a number of agreements with international affiliates, who find appropriately skilled trade’s people wanting to immigrate to Australia. These people are willing to pay the costs of finding work for them in Australia. Together with our association with an international RTO, “Business Professionals Institute”, as a franchisee you can offer, your clients, Australian, Certificate III level, qualified, migrant applicants.

• Your role as a franchisee is to find Australian companies willing to sponsor the immigrants for fulltime employment on a temporary 457 working visa.
• AGG will find the most appropriately skilled immigrants from around the world for you to place.
• AGG has in place contracts with some of the best legal migration experts in Australia.
• AGG will support you with over 60 years of migration expertise.
• AGG recruits immigrants from around the world
• AGG administration support team will help you every step of the way
• AGG also has a number of affiliated RTO’s for any specialist extra training required by your clients to ensure a fully Australian qualified employee.
• As a franchisee you will be entitled to 70% of the placement fee from each applicant.
• The fee from each applicant is at this time, $3300.00 Inc GST. An additional fee is charged to the immigrant for services in helping the immigrant when he or she first arrives in Australia. This fee is additional to the sponsor and skills matching service.

We believe that the right person to take on an AGG franchise is some-one who throughout there career has created a large network of contacts in the recruitment arena. Such a person can make a healthy yearly profit.

By finding 100 sponsored places per year a person could create potential earnings of $210,000 and a successful business like this could be worth 3 times its annual profit.

The cost for a franchise at this time is $55,000 dollars Inc GST. Please discuss options available for payment.

As a franchisee you are able to use your contacts Australia wide. There are no regions or zones. However, AGG understands the importance of your network. As such, once you have a signed and a paid placement within a company, this company is exclusive to your Franchise for a period of twelve months. Subsequent placements will prolong this, non-accumulative exclusive arrangement and will continue until your Franchise is unable to place any more migrants.

Growing your business is important to AGG as well. Options for sub-franchises are currently being considered.
